Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) of Tamil Nadu has released the TNTET 2023 Notification Exam Schedule. Interested candidates can check the TNTET 2023 Exam Date from the official website @ trb.tn.nic.in. As per the Exam, the Schedule board is going to upload the TNTET 2023 Notification on its website on March 2023

TNTET is a State Level Exam which is conducted to filter out best candidates for Primary and Upper Primary levels teachers. TN TRB Conducts two Papers in this test, Paper 1 for Primary Teachers & Paper 2 for Upper Primary teachers.

तमिलनाडु के टीचर्स रिक्रूटमेंट बोर्ड (TRB) ने TNTET 2023 परीक्षा शेड्यूल जारी कर दिया है। परीक्षा अनुसूची के अनुसार, बोर्ड March 2023 को अपनी वेबसाइट पर TNTET 2023 अधिसूचना अपलोड करने जा रहा है। परीक्षा तिथियों के अनुसार, पेपर 1 जून को और पेपर जून 2023 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।

Tamil Nadu TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria –
Age Limit –
- Applicant’s age should not less than 18 years
- But not more than 40 Years.
- Relaxation in upper age limit to the reserved category candidates as per Govt. rules and regulations.
Education Qualification for Paper 1 –
- B.Ed in Nursery Teacher Training of 2 years BTC in Urdu and BTC
- Diploma in Teacher Education
- Diploma in Elementary Education from a Recognized Teacher Training Institute or DIET.
- D.E.Ed/B. Ed Final year students also can apply.
- Visually impaired candidates can not participate in Paper 1.
Education Qualification for Paper 2 –
- B.A / B.Sc / B.Lit. degree with Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, History and Geography as main subjects.B.Ed from a recognized university.
- B.Lit. (Tamil) degree holder candidates can also apply.
TNTET 2023 Application Fee –
- For General and others Candidates Rs.500/-
- For SC, SCA, ST and PwD candidates Rs.250/-
- The application fee will be non-refunded under any circumstances.
- Fee can be paid in Online mode only.
- If candidates want to apply for both the papers, they all have to pay the double Application fee.
How to Apply Online for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2023?
- Go to the official website of TN TRB.
- Then select the Paper for which you want to Apply.
- After the selection, the TNTET Application Form will open.
- Here enter your Personal, Academic and other details.
- Scan and upload Photograph and Signature having with JPG/JPEG /PNG format.
- Photograph Size should be between 20-60 kB while Signature size should be between 10-30 kB.
- Now pay the application fee as per the Category.
