About JNVST and Exam
Navodaya Vidyalaya 9th Class Entry Test Admit Card 2022:- Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) is going to conduct the entrance test (JNVST) for admission 2020-21 to take admission in IX class in Jawahar Navodaya School in overall India. Admission in JNVs is based on the merit list in JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA SELECTION TEST (JNVST) at class 9th. The exam will be held on 09th April 2022 at various Navodaya school centres in all districts and centres allotted by NVS. Check below exam pattern and syllabus.
NVS IX Class Exam Pattern
Date of Examination – 09th April 2022
Duration of exam – 2.30 Hours (10.00 am to 12.30 pm)
Medium of language in Exam – Hindi / English
Composition of Test – The selection test consists of questions from subjects of Mathematics, General Science, Hindi, and English. The difficulty level of the exam will be 8th class standard.

All questions will be objective type (MCQ) and the time duration is 150 minutes. There is no negative marking in the test. Candidates are to give their answers in the OMR sheet.
Syllabus of Exam
English Subject:- The questions will be asked from Comprehension (Unseen Passage), word and sentence, structure spelling, rearranging jumbled words, passivation, use of the degree of comparison, modal auxiliaries, use of prepositions, tense forms and reported speech, etc.
General Science: – Question will cover the topics food crop production and management, material – synthetic fibres, coal and petroleum, Living / non-living, cell structure and function, reproduction –asexual and sexual reproduction, frictional force, gravitational force, a reflection of lights, multiple reflections, chemical effect of electric current, the solar system – star and constellations etc.
Mathematics:- The question in maths paper will be related to rational numbers, square and square roots, cube and cubes roots, exponents and powers, direct and inverse proportions, comparing quantities, algebraic expressions, linear equation in one variable, area of plane figures and date handling etc.

1. First of all visit the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti https://navodaya.gov.in/.
2. On the home page you will see a notification NVS admit card for IX lateral entry selection test 2021.
3. Then click on the download admit card.
4. After clicking on the download admit card a new window will open.
5. Login by entering the user name, password and captcha given in the box.
6. After submitting the above details admit card will show on the screen.
7. Finally download the admit card and take the printout.
