Age limit –
- To fill out the Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 9 Admission Form, the age of the students should be between 12 to 14, neither more nor less.
- Students born between 1st May 2008 and 30th April 2010 are eligible to apply for JNVST Class 9 Admission.
Education Qualification –
- Candidate must have passed 8th class whether from government or private school.
Application Fee –
- No fee is being asked from any student to fill out the JNVST Class 9th Admission Form.
- To apply for Navodaya 9th Class Admission Form 2023, one should be a citizen of India from any state.
JNVST Class 9th Admission 2023-24 Selection Procedure
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will conduct a written test at the national level, after submission of class 9th admission 2023. The candidates who appeared in this exam who have submitted the JNVST Class 9th Application Form on the official website before the last date. JNVST Class 9th Exam will be conducted on 11 February 2022 at various exam centers across the country. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the number of candidates who appeared in this exam and the seats in class 9th. The names of the candidates who clear the exam with good marks will be added to the JNVST Class 9th Result. Those candidates whose name will be in the merit list will get a chance to study in class 9th of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti School.
The exam will be taken on the OMR sheet, which will have 4 options and one of the four will be the correct option. The candidate will be given 2:30 minutes to solve the exam. The medium of Language will be English/Hindi. For more details see the image given below.
How to apply JNVST Class 9th Admission Application Form 2023
- Firstly students open the official website of Navodaya on their computer screen, navodaya.gov.in.
- After reaching the home page, click on the Class IX Lateral Entry Application link.
- After that register then select the login option.
- If you have already registered then by using your login id and password and just fill in the details asked in the application form.
- After doing all this, upload your documents like photographs, DMC, and Aadhar card by scanning them thoroughly.
- Submit the filled form and take two hard copies of the same to download the admit card.
