Assam Polytechnic (PAT) Application Form 2023: Directorate of Technical Education, Assam has issued PAT Notification 2023 in which applications have been issued for the entrance exam for Polytechnic Admission Test 2023. The application form for Assam PAT 2023 start DTE Assam on April 10, 2023. The last date to apply for Assam PAT 2023 exam is May 05, 2023. Applications are invited by a large number of candidates for the session 2023-2024 for admission to Diploma courses in Polytechnics in the State of Assam and Polytechnics outside Assam.
Latest Update – DTE Assam PAT 2023 application form is available from April 10, 2022. And the last date for a submission application form on 12 May 2023. Only Assam resident candidates can fill out the application form online mode.
Candidates can fill out the application form in online mode on the official website www.dte.assam.gov.in before the last date. Candidates will have to appear for the PAT exam to get admission to various polytechnic diploma courses in polytechnic colleges. Candidates must have passed HSLC or its equivalent examination with an average of 40% marks in Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must fulfill the following conditions for Diploma courses in Engineering and Technology.
- Candidates must have qualified for the Polytechnic Entrance Test (PAT-2023) for admission to Diploma Courses offered by SCTE, Assam notified by DTE, Assam.
- Candidate must have passed HSLC or its equivalent examination (without grace marks in Science and Mathematics and also have to pass individually both (theory and practical/ Internal Assessment) with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects with –
- For General Candidates – 40% Average marks in Mathematics and Science Subjects.
- For SC Candidates – 35% Average marks in Mathematics and Science Subjects.
- For ST Candidates – 33% Average marks in Mathematics and Science Subjects.
- Any candidate who has a compartment in any subject will not be allowed to take admission even if he/she has qualified in PAT.
