• (GNM) General Course of Nursing And (GNM) RNRM
• Bachelor Of Science in B.Sc (Nursing)
• And Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing)

Age Limits

• Minimum Age – 18 Years
• Maximum Age – 35 years
• The reservation policy is Application as Per UP state Government rules.

Application Fee –

• SC\ST – No Fee

Pay Scale-

• Salary of Community Health Officer on contractual Basis at sub-centre Level HWCs:-Rs.20500 + Honoraria Rs.15000
